Must-Have Fall Prints: Kaleidoscope

Fall Prints: Kaleidoscope

Fall Prints: Kaleidoscope by theclosetbychristie featuring a sleeveless ruffle shirt

This Spring, we were introduced to the lovely, new kaleidoscope print. I fell in love with the abstract imagery, bright color pops, and mirroring that this trend put on the map. It’s a real work of art! I’m excited to continue embracing this print through the Fall 2013 season! This time around, we’re changing up the color palette from brights to deeper, more natural hues. Navy, cobalt, yellow, grey, metallics- these are the colors you’ll want to look for this season!
In the above set, I featured an Alexander McQueen kaleidoscope print pencil skirt. I love this skirt because of the symmetry of the patterns and the neutral colors. It’s certainly a statement piece! I paired the skirt with a navy silk chiffon ruffled top and grey Reiss tailored blazer. Both of these colors were pulled from the skirt and maintain our neutral color palette. I accessorized with a cobalt Salvatore Ferragamo leather tote and grey AllSaints peep-toe ankle boots. For jewelry, I chose a cobalt Hermes leather wrap bracelet and blue square diamond-lined earrings.
Do you love kaleidoscope print? How would you style it for the Fall?
