Monaco Blue is another one of the ten colors featured by Pantone on the Spring 2013 Color Report. I love this color because it’s so classic and regal. It can make anyone look sophisticated. It also compliments any cool skin tone, which if you have pale skin you will understand- that is kind of difficult to come by.

In the above set, I styled a look featuring the color Monaco Blue. Every item in this set is from J.Crew. I paired a Monaco Blue eyelet pencil skirt with a white peplum top and navy fitted blazer. I love this outfit because it’s so spring! Eyelet is a hot trend for the season, but you would normally expect to see it in white. I love that it’s in a nontraditional color! I accessorized with a Monaco Blue mini-hobo handbag and leopard print pointed-toe flat. For jewelry, I chose a gold plated glass stone necklace and translucent stone bracelet.
