Over the past few days, I’ve been covering my fabulous trip to Los Angeles. The BIG reason for the trip was Lucky FABB West– the Fashion and Beauty Blogger Conference hosted by Lucky Magazine. Most of you will remember that I attended my first Lucky FABB in October 2013 in New York City. It was so phenomenal that I couldn’t resist making the trip out to LA for another taste of it! The whole experience was nothing short of fabulous!

It’s hard choosing outfits to wear to these fashionable events! I find that I tend to be most fashionable when I’m not trying, so I tried to take a more laid back approach to my styling this time around. I already owned a few of these pieces and I got the rest from one of my favorite stores, Kohl’s. I styled a neon tangerine Jennifer Lopez chiffon top paired with a black textured LC Lauren Conrad flare skirt and Simply Vera Wang contrast heels.

I accessorized with a Galian tote that I received from Lucky FABB NYC last year. I love this tote because it has a classic silhouette, subtle color blocking, and the color combination is gorgeous. It’s also sturdy and holds a lot! That’s a must for a conference! For jewelry, I chose my gold Baublebar rope lariat necklace. This is a fun piece to style because it can be worn in so many different ways.
