How To Accessorize A Romper
Rompers are THE perfect summer go-to! They are one piece like a dress, but you don’t have to worry about bending over or it flying up in the wind. I love dresses but rompers are just easier! What’s even better is that they’re usually a blank slate; ready to be styled and accessorized in any way you want.
So, what’s your favorite way to wear a romper? Today I’m breaking out all of my current favorite accessories to jazz up my romper style. Here’s How To Accessorize A Romper!
This particular romper is a floral print, so it’s not exactly a complete blank slate. However, there are still some fun ways to accessorize it that would apply to any other romper, too.
A FUN HAT
I have always been a hat girl! Some people just don’t like hats, but me? I’ve always gravitated towards them! This particular wide-brimmed fedora has been my favorite go-to hat for the past two years. It adds a dose of instant style to any look! There are actually a ton of reasons why hats are so great. Check out my previous blog post, Everything You Need To Know About Floppy Sun Hats, for more.
A LONG PENDANT NECKLACE
I love simple, long pendant necklaces but I sometimes have a tough time deciding how to wear them. It seems like it would be easy to wear but sometimes it just doesn’t fall in the best spot, like right in line with your belt. It’s the perfect necklace to wear with a dress or romper!
A CAGED BRALETTE
Bralettes are so perfect in many, many ways! They are functional, useful, and add a fun accent to most looks. The main thing I love about them is that they are a great resolution to the problem of unusual straps! There are so many tops that I never wore because I didn’t know what kind of bra to wear with them. Now, the bralette is a simple fix because they serve the function of a bra and they’re stylish.
A MINI BACKPACK
These mini backpacks are my favorite thing lately. They are so cute and I love how anyone at any age can pull off this style! They’re also really convenient and functional.
SLIDE-ON SANDALS
It doesn’t get any easier than a sandal that you can just slip your foot into! Why bother with a strap when you’re trying to relax during the summer months? I sound so lazy but that’s precisely why flip-flops are so popular. But these are even better because they actually have some style to them. It’s the best new way to be comfortable and stylish!
BEHIND THE SCENES
Can you believe there was a major downpour right before I did this photo shoot? The weather in Miami was wacky! I was determined to squeeze in this photo shoot because I didn’t have much spare time and I loved using this botanical garden as a background. It started raining minutes after I arrived. I waited it out under a covered pavilion and even made friends with a fellow photographer!
